If filling out the order form isn't simple enough for you, then simply contact us and let us know your requirements, we will send you a money request via paypal for your order.

You can then post your items off to us at the address given at the bottom of this page, ensuring you have written down, and organised your media ready for us to start your project as soon as we receive it.

Decide on a Theme for your personalised Movie, i.e. Birthday, Wedding etc.

Click "Packages & Prices" at the top of this page and decide which package will best suit you. Take a look at what's included with each package. You will need to count your media to work out which package is for you by totalling the amount of items you have. It is explained below.

1 Item = 1 photo or 10 seconds of video footage. An item can also be any other single image file that has been scanned to digital format.

Click "Order Now" on the relevant packages page, then simply fill out the order form in as much details as you can. When you are happy with it, and have agreed to our terms and conditions, click 'Submit Form'. This will then submit all of your details to us and you will then be taken to the necessary payment page to proceed with your payment and finalizing your order.

When payment has been made, you must then send all of your media to us at the following address:

One of our team will send you a confirmation email for your order, just to let you know that we are awaiting your media. The sooner you send your media to us, the faster we can begin to create your personalised movie.

We will notify you by email when we have received your items in the post. All media should be put onto an SD Card, Memory stick, Multimedia Card, CD, or if printed photos make sure you package them securely.Everything should also state which order, if any, you would like to see the files published onto your personalised film. We highly recommend that you send it all to us via recorded delivery.

Please ensure that these are organised in the order of which you would like them to be played, alternatively, you can number the back of them in pencil. If sending slides or negatives, make sure they are the right way up in order of sequence, or let us know any specific requests in “other information” on our order form. If your not too bothered about an order, then just simply send them to us as they are.

Please ensure that these are sent to us in the correct order, or named in a way that we can locate such an order, i.e. photo1.jpg, photo2.jpg, photo3.jpg etc. We accept Digital Photos & Videos on Memory Card, Memory Stick, and CD’s. If you do not require them to be in any order then simply just send them to us as they are.

If you are enclosing a CD with your choice of music, please inform us of which tracks you would like to be played, and in what order, if any. If you cannot get hold of your favourite music tracks, please list them on our order form, and we will do our best to purchase them legally for you, with no extra cost. As a rough guide 25-35 photos, to one track of music.
