Copyright - You must ensure that any material you send to MAKE YOU A FILM does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any material that we believe may be copyrighted, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Data Protection - We will keep all of your material sent to us private and confidential. We will not pass your information on to any third parties. We will keep your material on our system for a total of 4 weeks from the date you receive your personalised film, where it will then be deleted. This gives you time to request any further copies of your personalised film.
Your Responsibility - Please do not send obscene or offending material, we reserve the right to refuse any material that we do not wish to work with. Please check your material before sending it to ensure that it is suitable for production.
Loss or Damage - We do not accept responsibilty for your photos, videos, slides, negatives, memory cards, memory sticks, any multimedia cards, CD's & Data DVD's whilst they are in the hands of the Postal Service. In the very unlikely event of loss or damage of your material after receipt to us we will refund up to a maximum value of £50.
Music - Any music that you send to us, you agree to have legally purchased the music CD or tracks and will use the DVD for personal use only, this falls under the "Fair Use Provision" of copright laws. We may be able to purchase music for you legally if you cannot obtain it yourself.
Faulty DVD - If your DVD is faulty please return your DVD case, insert and faulty disc to us and we will happily replace it free of charge.
Complaints - If you are not happy with your finished movie, please contact us explaining what the problems are, and we will do our best to rectify them.
Delivery - We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days unless you purchased our rush it service in which case is normally 3 working days depending on our availability.
